PA Christian Women to host luncheon

Port Arthur Christian Women will hold its luncheon titled "Life is short -- enjoy it" on Friday, Aug. 12 beginning at 11:45 a.m. at the Pompano Club's LeChambre, 330 Twin City Highway in Port Neches. The cost of the luncheon is $15 per person.

Dwight Wagner of Port Arthur will provide a musical program for our enjoyment. Our inspirational speaker will be Sharron Rowland of Port Neches. Rowland is a graduate of Baylor University, and she teaches speed reading. She also is a director of a Ladies Ensemble Choral Group. 

Reservations are essential for the luncheon, and for the nursery, if needed, and should be made by calling Donna at 722-0951 or Mary at 962-5571 by Tuesday, Aug. 9.
